At https://spinitron.com/m/playlist, there is a column titled “HDj” between DJ and Aut (which I believe to mean automation). What does it stand for, and why is it only checked sometimes?
HDj indicates that on the given playlist the “Hide DJ” feature was requested. Some stations prefer a program oriented presentation of programs and to suppress the default egocentric presentation. So this hides DJ Name and profile links and stuff like that.
Aut means that the playlist was created by Spinitron automatically and not by a user submitting the create playlist form. This happens when Spinitron receives a spin from an automation system or from recognition and doesn’t have a suitable playlist to put it in. Lots of details on that process here. And remember that users can prevent Spinitron from automatically creating playlists simply by creating their own playlists (manually, using the form) in advance of when Spinitron will receive the first spin for the playlist.
