Is there a way to limit Users to their scheduled daypart (timeslot)? I’ve seen DJs accidently enter the wrong start time or date, causing their playlist to appear at the wrong time, or causing entries from the right and wrong playlists to go out together.

We don’t have any features for that. You can disallow DJs from managing their own shows in the program schedule (in which case admins have to do that work). Otherwise it’s mostly a matter of correcting the errors that do arise and helping DJs develop more careful habits.
