Mislabel for specific song across multiple radio stations

Today during a show at WTIP we noticed the song “Cardinal” by Kacey Musgraves was being captured as “Green Thailand” by Gray Uganda (Universal Music Group 2023) which doesn’t seem to be a real song. Funny enough, the correct Kacey Musgraves album artwork comes up. The same issue appears on multiple different radio stations’ Spinitron playlists.

Let me know if there’s a separate forum for this kind of issue. I normally wouldn’t think to come here for a single mis-labelled song, but the repetition of the same error made me want to do so.

Wait, this is so funny. i post the weekly charts here on the forum and ive been constantly getting tons of spins for “green thailand”. I googled nonstop trying to find the song, and nothing was coming up. SO strange haha i wonder whats up with this!

I had a similar thing happen. There’s a problem with the data base. From Album: Ghost Train: The Studio B Sessions, Song: Country Boy Rock & Roll - feat. Kenny Vaughan

They list Kenny Vaughn as the primary artist and don’t mention that the album is a Marty Stuart album at all.

When something like this happens across multiple stations I should think it indicates an issue in the ACRCloud audio fingerprint database.
