Our Drivetime dj lost the ability to enter her playlist around 437 mst (pdt). She logged out and logged back in again and it seemed ok for a good hour, but she said it’s glitchy again. Do you have any ideas?

We aren’t aware of a problem on our end. We would need a good deal more detail to be able to make a guess what might explain the experience.
We’ve been having loads of this from our DJs in the last couple of weeks - won’t log songs on the screen, but will show on our website. Or, vis versa, and sometimes both ends show nothing.
Log in and out again, refresh pages, nothing. Not sure what’s going on, or if an update occurred and we are unaware of a selection we are not making when we log a new set, but some help would be great to understand why this was happening.
Do I have dates/times for this? Kinda. I just starting logging it:
