Lately, for every song that gets uploaded to spinatron we get three entries. That’s showing up on our playlists and confusing some of our listeners. How do I set spinach on so it doesn’t pick up two extra entries per song? We use the program Play it live.
I have the same problem. I don’t know what is causing it. I wish someone would respond to your inquiry.

KNVC is using automatic music recognition (ACRCloud). Station admins need to disconnect PlayIt Live (the automation system) from Spinitron. Currently both systems are sending metadata to Spinitron, hence the duplicates.
