Hi,
I’ve noticed the first songs on all of my auto-generated playlists are consistently missed & I must hand-enter the 1st song. I always check the on demand audio file & it always includes a bit of time before the 1st song is played. We use ENCO DAD to feed our audio streaming machines is there some kind of known issue where something prevents the 1st song from being recognized? (I should say I don’t know anything about ENCO DAD other than that we utilize it.)

How accurate is your clock? Check the previous show/playlist and see if the missing track is there.
What station is this? Can you give the URLs of a few playlists affected?

Good question, Arbie.
Eva tells me the missing spins are consistently showing up in the previous playlist at 3 seconds before the top of the hour. Perhaps the automation system’s clock could be adjusted by 5 or 10 seconds. Or perhaps these songs could start after a Station ID or something to push them safely into the next hour.
