Is there any way to change from the 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock for playlist entry?

If you are entering times in the web app, you can enter them in 24-hour format and it accepts them. It converts them to 12-hour format for display, though.

That’s right. You can enter times in a wide range of formats. For example, try entering:
