# Is it possible to change what show a playlist appears under?

I had a DJ, who host a regular show, substitute for a different air shift. I forgot to make adjustments to spinitron, so they’re playlist is now listed under a different show. They DJ wants the playlist to appear under their regular show. I was able to edit the playlist so that they are the author, but I don’t see a field to change what program it belongs to. Is this possible?

Yes. Yes it is possible.

While logged in to Spinitron as an admin user, go to the view page for the show, e.g. **Schedule** in the top menu, click on the show to which the playlist currently belongs, and click the blue **View** button. Then use the filters on the list of playlists to isolate the one you want to move to another show. Then use the **Reassign these playlists to another show** link and follow the instructions.

This qualifies as _advanced_ _features_ in Spinitron so if you need help, call Eva.

Thank you for explaining this! What do I do if the playlist was created under a blank playlist? I don’t see the option to **reassign these playlists to another show**

The feature to assign playlists that belong to one show to a different show won’t work for playlists that aren’t assigned to any show. Sorry.
